Dr. Batra and all of his staff are AMAZING!!! You can get an appointment quickly and never have to wait very long to be seen during your visit. I have been to both the Dallas and Hurst offices and been very impressed with my care at both. Dr. Batra's practice is successful not only for his skill as a doctor but also because he surrounds himself with an incredible staff. All of my interactions with anyone working at either office has been great! Hopefully, all of my vein issues are now corrected. I highly recommend Dallas Vein Institute and Texas Vascular Institute if you are experiencing vascular issues.

Dr. Batra and the staff at Texas Vascular Institute do amazing work. Dr. Batra is extremely passionate about the medical technology his The entire staff are professional and highly skilled in the work they perform. Their code of conduct is communication, respect, integrity, and education. It is evident in the way the staff conduct itself. After many PCP and Cardio visits, there seemed to be no solutions for the edema and lymphedema in my legs. Dr. Batra immediately identified venous reflux disease. I required 10 vein ablation procedures. After the first 2, I could see and feel almost immediate results. Overall, the procedures have been nearly pain free. Because they are different body systems and functions, the procedures may or do not resolve edema or lymphedema entirely, but they have had a significant impact on both. My legs feel much lighter and less sluggish. I feel much more energized and less fatigued. Many PCPs do not understand the technology or results that can be attained with these treatments. I am extremely happy with Dr. Batra and his team at Texas Vascular Institute and what they have been able to do for me.

I enjoy coming into "Texas Vascular Institute" at the Hurst office. He has the most amazing staff. Miss Gina greets you as soon as you walk in. She's so nice and helpful. There's Irina, Sven, Dr. Batra's assistant, also Camila, is there. She's so helpful and friendly. There's is no waiting in the waiting room. They see you promptly. I really like Dr. Batra. He takes a lot of time with his patients, and answers all questions. He's a great Dr. they treat me like, I'm the only patient around. I was in today and got to meet his nurse practitioner Melissa, and her nurse is so nice and took care of me today. Please try them, and I assure you, you will be glad you did. Dr. Batra and his staff will not disappoint you! Give them a try at the Hurst office on Harwood. The treatments, I received have done wonders for my legs. Thank you, Dr. Batra and all your amazing staff.
